Teaching Assistant
Our Teaching Assistant (TA) Program is designed to provide aspiring educators with hands-on classroom experience, mentorship, and structured growth opportunities within a dynamic and supportive environment.
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with our lead tutors to support lesson delivery, facilitate student engagement, and ensure that every learner receives the attention they deserve. Beyond the classroom, you’ll also gain exposure to curriculum design, operations, and the behind-the-scenes workings of one of Singapore’s fastest-growing education brands.
Teaching Trainee Program
For Fresh Graduates only
The Overmugged Teaching Trainee Program is designed specially for fresh graduates who want to explore a long-term career in the education industry.
This structured 2-month training program (June–July) combines classroom shadowing, curriculum immersion, and teaching practice under the guidance of our experienced tutors. You’ll gain firsthand experience in lesson delivery, student engagement, and Overmugged’s unique teaching philosophy — all while building a strong foundation for your future as an educator.

Part-Timer Tutor
Up to 4 lessons on weekends
Part-Timer Tutors are expected to maintain full accountability for the learning outcomes and engagement of your assigned students. The role includes teaching classes, planning and preparing lessons, creating and marking materials, and providing student consultations where needed.
Part-time tutor rates (4 lessons per month):

Full-Time Tutor
As a Full-Time Tutor at Overmugged, you’ll be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering impactful and engaging lessons. You’ll take ownership of your classes — from teaching and lesson planning to marking, consultations, and content development — ensuring every student receives a high-quality learning experience.
Full-time tutors are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and consistency throughout the academic year, while upholding Overmugged’s teaching philosophy and standards. This role offers opportunities for growth into leadership positions such as Subject Head or Lead Trainer for those who demonstrate excellence and initiative.
Our starting pay begins competitively from $4500 - $8000+, with full medical benefits and company cohesion/welfare throughout the year.
Yearly bonuses are also included based on yearly company level performance.


Full-Time Staff
As a Full-Time Staff member at Overmugged, you’ll play an integral role in supporting the daily operations and growth of the company.
